How to join?

Booking the event which you want to participate;

Reservation and payment are available only Yahoo Japan site.

I cannot speak Japanese...

You can participate even if you can not speak Japanese, but most of models can't speak English. If you can't speak any Japanese, we recommend bring translator or select models with "English available" notation in model profile.

Rules of photo session

[Before booking]

If you want to join marshmallow photo session event, please apply after reading and approving with this rules.

· The application for this photo session event will be made on the application form on our website.

· The contract between you and us will be concluded at the time of sending a confirmation e-mail from us or at the time of sending a photo session after submitting an application form on our website, and paying the participation fee.

· Only photography is allowed. (NO VIDEO) If you want to use a smartphone camera or polaroid, you will need to get permission before.

· In case of the first participate, please bring your ID card(passport or resident card);to confirm your identity.
If necessary, we may copy your ID card.

· Participation fee is paid by credit card or convenience store payment(cash, only in Japan).

· If you apply by convenience store settlement, you will be able to make a reservation after payment due to the convenience of the application form.However, if there is a possibility of a malicious fictitious application, we may restrict the use.

· The content, time and amount of shooting vary from project to project, so please apply after confirming each time.

· If you are a [NG](mean blacklist) from the model and office, you will not be allowed to apply to this photo session during the time when the model is entered or all events.

· We will not be responsible for any accident or injury or disease that occurred during the time of the session or during the movement of participants except for those directly caused by the photo session.

[Delayed by customer's circumstances & about cancellations]

· If you want to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.

· In case of cancel, you will be asked to pay a cancellation fee of 50% up to 3 days before the start of the photo session, 70% up to 2 days ago, and 100% for the cancellation of the previous day and the day.

· in case of the cancel of the request photo (after booking confirmation and payment) is 100% for the cancellation fee after the request photo is confirmed.

· Return in the case of cancellation will be transferred to the customer's designated account after subtracting the transfer fee.

· You cannot change or transfer the reservation to another reservation when the reservation has been completed and confirmed.

· If you are late for the shooting time due to customer's convenience, we will not extend the end time.

[Conditions for helding]

· In principle, We will not stop events even if it rains. Let’s enjoy shooting in rainy day!

· In case of outdoor event, if a heavy rain/flood warning or a storm warning was issued 6 hours before the start time of the photo session, we will cancel the event on the day.

· In case of indoor(ex.studio) event, is it difficult to hold due to natural disasters, we will cancel the event.

· If the event is canceled, We contact you by e-mail and mobile phone.

· The pre-payment fee will be transferred to your designated account if the event is cancelled.

[change time or discontinuation depending on model's circumstances]

· If the event is canceled or time changes occur due to the model, we will contact you by e-mail and mobile phone as soon as possible.

· We will pay for the round-trip transportation fee for the decision to suspend after the customer has been there (the event place) on the day.

· The pre-payment fee will be transferred to your designated account if the event is cancelled.

• The act of obtaining contact information from the model and the direct negotiation of individual photographing to the exclusive model

• Photographing other than the time of the event and solicitation

• Acts contrary to laws and regulations or public order

• Act of destroying the honor of this photo session

• Acts that infringe upon others' privacy, honor and portrait rights

• Political activities, religious activities, criminal activities, or acts connected thereto, and solicitation thereof

• Participation in event when drunk

• harassing, waiting to appear, stalking, intimidation, slander, and criminal acts

• All other acts that the model hates

• The act of using this service for profit without the approval of this Society (publication, photo sales, etc.)

• The act of entering a private room with a model (Karaoke room, Ferris wheel, etc.)

• Other acts deemed inappropriate by the photo session

[Rules during the photo session]

· Please follow the instructions of the staff during the photo session.

· Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes before the frame you applied for the photo session.

· If you don't come back to the meeting place by the appointed ending time when you take a photo outdoors, you will be charged an extra 1500 yen per 10 minutes.

· Please keep the valuables and equipment by yourself.a personal accident during the shooting In any case, we are not responsible for any damage, theft or equipment failure.

· Please have break time when shooting in outdoor.(please take a break for the model to sit down at about 5-10 minutes out of 90 minutes)

·If you reserve more than two frames in a row for outdoor shooting (except for frames with a rest of 1 hour or more), you can take pictures without returning to the meeting place.However, in that case, please let the model sit for a break equivalent to inter-frame break.

For example, if two frames of inter-frame break 15 minutes are continuously reserved, five-minute break X2 frames + inter-frame break 15 minutes = 25 minutes break

· Please bear the cost of moving the model and eating and drinking within the shooting time.

· Please refrain from using equipment (triple leg, etc.) that may cause inconvenience to the public in outdoor shooting.

· In the case of a studio event, if the equipment in the studio is damaged, you will be responsible for the repair cost regardless of intention or negligence.

[About taken pictures]

· The copyright of the taken photo belongs to the photographer and the model, and the portrait belongs to the model.

· In principle, there is no problem with posting photos on personal blogs and websites. However, depending on the model, it may not be possible to publish the book depending depending on the clothes.(ex:swimsuit, costume play) In that case, Please negotiate with the model.

· You are not allowed to use the photos taken for commercial purposes.

There is no problem with applying for a photo contest.

· Please sign and insert within the time of the photo session.

· Transfer of photographed data to others We prohibit you from copying.

[About brought-in costumes]

· If you have not informed the photo session until the day before about the costumes, we will not accept them.

· Even if you have previously inquired by e-mail, we may refuse by looking at the actual item on the day.

· Please hand over the costumes to the staff before starting the shooting, not directly to the model. We will give it to the model after the staff confirms it.

· Cloth that can directly touch the skin (swimming wear, stockings, socks, etc.)are accepted only new one.

· Please note that the costumes used by the model are not returned.

[Application and modification of this Agreement]

· If you determine that this photo session is necessary, you may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without the approval of this service user.

· The user of this service agrees in advance that our company will change the terms of this service at any time and that the terms of use of this service will be changed.

· Regarding the contents of the changes to this agreement, unless otherwise specified by the Society, the changes will take effect from the point of time specified in the relevant bulletin.

· The establishment, effect, performance and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the Japanese law.

· If you fall under the ban described here, we will stop the service at the time of discovery.

· With the suspension of the service due to these reasons, the photo session is not obliged to respond to any objections from the customer or refund of the participation fee.

· We will not be responsible for any damage caused to you by this.

· If this photo session is damaged by the customer's act, we can claim the damage to the customer regardless of the cause.

· If it is malicious, we will report it to the appropriate police station and prohibit you from attending this photo session in the future.

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains the way of treatment of the information which is provided or collected in the websites on which this Policy is posted. In addition the Policy also explains the information which is provided or collected in the course of using the applications of the Company which exist in the websites or platforms of other company.

Use of collected information

The Company uses the collected information of users for the following purposes；
